Read PDS button You can use if You want to have PDS backup from phone prior to unlocking. If You already tested some model before, it is not needed. We also would like to ask all users who get W5 or W490 motorola to use this function and send us readed PDS files. Connect button is now changed to "Backup". About alternative unlock method : Some W510/W490/W5 phones will enumerate as "Unkown Device" when connected in TP mode using default method. Other solutions use two test points for such phones, which oftenly result with damaged flash chips. Before flashing any of ARGON UMTS models, first reset subsidy password to 00000000 using "Reset subsidy password" button. In case You flash unlocked phone with locked file, You will be able to unlock it using "00000000" code. This is important ! Reading Monster flash from phone: This new function enables You to backup monster flash (1FF) from phone and use it on other phone as any other flash file. Connect the phone to the clip than connect the battery to the cable. 5. The blue light on the clip will light up and blink once. 6. than just with a short click ignite the phone, you will see the Blue light go out on the clip and in 20 second will come back on and stay steady for 3 or 4 seconds, Here try powering the phone on, and the blue light should go out.
